One thing that works for me: before dinner drink, a glass of water if you still hungry, I will not eat as much as I could.
It is better to eat 5-6 smaller meals, 2 or 3 regular meals per day.
Also FYI:
1 pound = 3500 calories.
If you burn more calories than you consume you lose weight.
That means if you lose eating 2000 calories per day and burn 2500, to 1 pound per week.
To live the average person burns 1000-1500 calories per day.
Practice of walking can burn 200-500 calories per hour.
Exercise bike can burn 200-600 calories per hour.
Swimming can burn 100-800 calories per hour.
Jogging / Walking can burn 300-1200 calories per hour.
Try to eat, not within 3-4 hours of sleep.

if it is too important to lose weight, drink lots and lots of water! ! !
You should drink at least 10 glasses a day, about 1 cup per hour!
This helps rid your bodyFat when calories are burned.
